The Peruvian Minimum Wage (Remuneración Mínima Vital or RMV in Spanish) is the minimum amount of money paid to an employee working a daily 8-hour shift or a weekly 48-hour shift. Since May 1, 2022, the Peruvian Minimum Wage will amount to PEN 1,025.00 (under Supreme Decree No. 003-2022-TR).
