He is an independent Director Certified by the Certification Program of Centrum Graduate Business School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. Also, he is a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors of NY and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) of TX. Miguel is Founding Partner of BDO Consulting S.A.C and Founding Partner of the Peruvian firms members of BDO International. Miguel has been in charge for over 25 years of Internal Audit and Risk Management in BDO.
