Julio is a Lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lima, with specialized studies in taxation and financial instruments. Julio has more than 18 years of professional experience in a wide range of projects regarding taxes, as well as tax and legal consultancy with emphasis on tax planning. In addition, his practice includes designing strategies related to tax audits and litigation. He is an Associate and Member of the Board of the Peruvian Institute of Research and Development of Tax (IPIDET). Formal Professor of Tax Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru.
