He is a Public Accountant from the Universidad Nacional de San Marcos. He has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and he specialized in cross-border negotiations in Tampa University (Florida - USA). Javier is a partner of BDO Outsourcing and he is currently in charge of the Services regarding Processing Payroll, an activity shared with the Accounting Outsourcing Services.
