He is an Honorary Associate and Past-President of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Research and Development (IPIDET); Active Member, Founder and Past-President of the International Fiscal Association - Peruvian Branch (IFA-Peru) and Honorary Member of the Public Accountants of Arequipa, Cajamarca and Piura. Caesar has more than 45 years of professional experience in Tax Consultancy and Financial Affairs on Audit and Accounting. Founding Partner of BDO Group conforming companies in Peru. He is currently the Senior Partner of BDO Legal and Tax Consultants S.A.C. taking charge of the Departments of Tax Audit and Compliance Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
